Bloja company provides three indipendent production lines.  Two soft wheat production lines (Line A and B) and hard wheat production line (Durum).

Soft Wheat
Soft wheat of Europian origin with acharacteristics according to the Eu standards. Daily production capacity of soft wheat is about 400 tons (2x200 ton).

Hard Wheat
The hard wheat, which is of European origin and EU characteristics ...Daily production capacity of about 80 tons European Union.

Production technology and staff

18 qualified workers are included in the production processs. The production process includes: wheat storing, cleaning, milling, packing, transport of flour and sub products is automatic and computerized.  The technology is advanced (2000 – 2002) and continuously improved until 2006 that ensures high quality flour in a market confrontation.
